About Us

Divine Mercy Academy is a Roman Catholic School in the Diocese of Pittsburgh located in Monroeville. Divine Mercy Academy provides a comprehensive education for students from all backgrounds and faith communities. From preschool through eighth grade, our students are taught the message of the Gospel, while also following the rigorous curriculum of the state of Pennsylvania and the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Our Preschool program is designed to prepare children for Kindergarten by assisting in the development and strengthening of social skills, fine motor skills, and basic curriculum concepts such as the alphabet, sounds, and numbers through a variety of lessons, interactive play, and activities.

At Divine Mercy Academy, we offer a variety of preschool programs for children ranging from 3 to 5 years old. We have programs for morning sessions only (9:00-11:30 AM), along with all day sessions (9:00 AM - 2:30 PM). You can learn more about our programs that we offer                      .

 We work in small groups for instruction and play time. In our full day program, we have lunch, rest time, and additional enrichment activities that reinforce our curriculum and theme for that week.

At Divine Mercy Academy Early Childhood Center, we offer extended day care options as well. Our Morning Care Program begins at 7:00 AM, and our After School Care Program runs until 6:00 PM.
